كتاب ( مرجعية الفقهاء في زمن الغيبة ) للشيخ جاسم الوائلي تناول المؤلف (حفظه الله) في هذا الكتاب مسألة الرجوع الى الفقهاء في معرفة الحكم الشرعي في زمن غيبة الامام الحجة (ع) وهو ما يُصطَلح عليه بـ "التقليد" مستعرضاً أدلة مشروعية التقليد ودفع الشبهات عنها، وقد طرح المؤلف بحثه مراعياً فيه الجنبة التخصصية كبحث فقهي من جهة، ومن جهة اخرى كان ملائماً في الطرح لمستوى الوسط الجامعي، فانتظم البحث في تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، فكانت كما يلي: تمهيد: في معنى التقليد واقسامه. الفصل الأول: في أدلة مشروعية التقليد في الأحكام الفقهية: وذكر فيه تسعة أدلة. الفصل الثاني: تاريخ المرجعية، وقِدَمها، ومكانتها: وذكر لذلك مقامين: المقام الأول: قِدَم المرجعية حسب نصوص المعصومين (ع). المقتم الثاني: قِدَم المرجعية حسب كلمات الأعلام. الفصل الثالث: في أجوبة الشبهات والإشكالات: وفي ذلك مقصدان: المقصد الأول: في أجوبة شبهات منكري التقليد. المقصد الثاني: في أجوبة إشكالات المعلِّقين. الخاتمة: في نصيحة للمؤمنين المتأثرين بشبهات و مغالطات منكري التقليد. #مركز_القمر #قارئ_عراقي تابعوا أعمالنا الفديوية التوعوية على قناتنا في اليوتيوب https://www.youtube.com/@qr_center

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android
From the Files app, scroll down to Internal storage, and tap on WhatsApp. Once you’re there, go to Media and then WhatsApp Stickers. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
